On the other hand, a critical analysis of modernity leads to an observation of today's reality and to the consideration that our cities need more space for cars waiting and for those on the move; that the rural state has almost disappeared as a result of industrial and artificial goods; that the maximum for young people are network and fast food. Everything is specialized with the end of the multiple capabilities of each person. We need a turnaround in trying to stimulate thought and precisely in this context, architecture, urban planning and engineering are required to prepare the terms of the complexity and need to be the ground that supports development, and growth. The terms should mainly be sustainable and adaptable to exceed the term of the physical materials so that everything is changeable over time. This concept is strong because it contradicts the principle of eternity which is attributed in particular to the house and of course to every building industrialization. It should stop thinking about the future inhabitants but to those of the present. This will facilitate the movements of aggregation, the birth of micro social relations, interrelations, mutual proximity. The answer to all of this complexity is the pursuit of a high environmental quality necessary to avoid a total disaster but also a tool for designing an architecture on a human scale and size in the global economy. We must aim to self passive settlements that is as independent as possible: the best energy is that which is not consumed. Technicians must retrieve their craft of artisans who have played for thousands of years with great effect. The social role is very high because it is able to guide the way of life so as to be able to balance the ecosystem before it's too late.
